Noyan Mutlugil is co-founder of Mutlutur Yachting
Noyan Mutlugil, co-founder of Mutlutur Yachting – one of Turkey’s leading yacht tourism companies – has been accepted as a member of the European Committee for Professional Yachting (ECPY), becoming the first Turkish yachting professional to join the prestigious France-based organisation.
In addition to his role at Mutlutur Yachting, Mutlugil also serves as vice chairman of TYBA (the Yacht Operators, Investors, Brokers, and Agents Association) in Turkey and lectures on Marina and Yacht Management at Piri Reis University.
Created in January 1993, the ECPY is an association of yachting professionals that brings together all industry activities including yacht brokers, central agents, yacht owners, shipyards, suppliers, insurers, craftsmen, legal consultants and classification societies.
ECPY focuses its actions on the economic development of the yachting industry and defends the interests and good practices of professionals, while cooperating with administrations, the government and the European Union to ensure a fair balance between the development of local, national and European regulations on the one hand, and the economic, environmental and social development of yachting on the other.
